It can be difficult to feel grounded and present with the way things are in our community and society right now. You may find yourself feeling anxious, sad, or totally disoriented. Sometimes giving ourselves time to stop and reconnect to ourselves and our bodies can be so healing. Come give yourself permission to pause for a few hours on Saturday, November 9 from 9am-11am. We will have breakfast treats, yoga, mindfulness activities and a little lovin’ from my therapy dog in training, Riley.
A gentle all-levels yoga flow facilitating grounding and re-balancing. We will use intentional postures to offer the body the opportunity to feel refreshed and renewed.
