Teletherapy Support during COVID-19
Social Distancing is recommended right now and that contributes to feelings of isolation and loneliness. In times like these, we need each other more than ever. We are privileged with the ability to connect through video sessions (Teletherapy). These sessions can be conveniently completed through your phone, computer, or any device with a camera and audio. These sessions can also be done from the convenience of your home or location that you are in social distancing.
Option 1 - Teletherapy Session
A Teletherapy session can be a helpful way to process anxiety, fear, worry, etc. around the current unknown that we are living in. It is important that during difficult times you have social support, whether this be a family member, friend, co-worker, or therapist. We often have a more difficult time getting through tough situations when we try to face them on our own.
Option 2 - ASSYST - Remote
This is an intensive 3-5 session therapy that is done through video sessions (teletherapy) and completed within a day or two. This therapy specifically aims to bring calm and regulation to your activated nervous system (feelings of fight/flight/freeze).
Clients see positive results within a few sessions and feel more calm.
