Trauma and EMDR - Video Blog #1

7/26/2017

There is a lot that I am excited about right now and even more so, I am excited that I get to share it with you! So, this is a jam packed time of really great stuff and I hope that you will join me along the way!!

I have been wanting to do videos as my blogs, instead of just writing, for a while. I feel like it allows me to connect with you in a different way than just writing at you. I will continue to blog, but also want to integrate some video blogs. I recorded my first one and want to share it with you! Now, I will share that it was not easy for me to do this and it takes a lot to sit and watch the dumb things that you do... But, that is part of the process, right?!

**vulnerability moment: I think I say "um" like 100 times throughout this video. Trust me, I thought about scrapping the video completely and starting over, but I also want to be genuine in these video blogs and feel like if I record and re-record to my hearts content, let's be real, nothing might ever get posted. So I'm okay recognizing that I am human and that I can only go up from here and just accept that this blog is okay the way that it is. Stepping down from the podium now... I hope you find this to be helpful! Onto Video Blog #2 and less Um's....
