About Nurtured Hearts Counseling
At Nurtured Hearts Counseling, we believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. We provide compassionate therapy for individuals, teens, couples, and families in Englewood and the surrounding South Denver communities, helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Our Approach to Therapy
We understand that reaching out for counseling can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible by creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can share your story at your own pace.
Our approach is collaborative and personalized. Every individual’s experiences are unique, and we tailor therapy to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you are working through past trauma, feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety or stress, or navigating challenges in your relationships, we are here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.
We also incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, to support deeper healing—helping both the mind and body process difficult experiences in a safe and effective way.

If you prefer not to involve insurance or have a diagnosis documented, you may choose to pay privately.
