Brynn VaughnTherapistHi, I’m Brynn, and I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Englewood, Colorado. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale — a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out, explain everything perfectly, or show up as anything other than who you are in that moment. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know you don’t have to do that part alone. I work with teens and adults who often appear to be holding it all together on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected. Many of the people I support are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the impact of carrying too much for too long. Some are trying to make sense of painful past experiences, while others simply know they are tired of surviving and want to start feeling more present, grounded, and like themselves again. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and grounded in safety. I value creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and never rushed. Healing doesn’t happen by forcing your way through pain before you’re ready — it happens in the presence of safety, trust, and connection. I work from a trauma-informed lens and believe in moving at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your nervous system, your experiences, and your story. I especially enjoy working with people who care deeply, tend to carry a lot, and are often more comfortable showing up for others than allowing support for themselves. Therapy can be a space to set some of that down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin building new ways of relating to yourself and others with more clarity, self-trust, and compassion. My hope is that therapy feels less like “fixing” yourself and more like coming home to yourself — with support, honesty, and care along the way. Finding the right therapist matters, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Schedule Now! |
